How about some news NOT coming out of Washington DC?

Lost in all the craziness recently was that we are still in the throws of the COVID pandemic with over 3,000 lives lost daily. Like everyone, we're eager to get back to normal and "to do something." On Christmas Eve, Perin Investigations donated 500 Chick-fil-A meals to the caregivers and front line workers at Littleton Adventist Hospital. We did not understand the impact of a "sandwich" and what it would mean to them until recently when the hospital gave us this report:

"The associates were overwhelmed and humbled with the extremely generous meals provided at lunch and dinner on Christmas Eve! This was a treat no one was expecting and the joy it provided along with some delicious food when they had to work on a holiday was a magical gift indeed.

Chic-Fil-A is such a wonderful treat for our staff, and to a person there were hoops and hollers when handed the meals!!! Your kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity has blessed 500 caregivers at our hospital and we are deeply thankful!

Thank you seems like a puny word for such a tremendous gift to our frontline caregivers, but with all of the sincerity I can convey…LAH is deeply Grateful to you, Pete and Erin, and your company! Many blessing to you in return!"
